I offer bespoke Nutritional Therapy with clients 121 either here at Studio 180. Using advanced dietary assessment tools and over 12 years’ experience, I formulate bespoke, delicious and do-able nutrition plans for each client. I coach you along the way to tackle the behaviour patterns that may be preventing you from achieving your health objectives.

Qualifications and related nutrition roles
I’ve been a qualified nutritional therapist since 2011 following a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy at CNM, London. I continue to study nutrition and I’ve also just been awarded a certificate in Health Coaching, to assist my clients in meeting their health objectives. I am also corporate nutrition trainer on course topics such as Food and Mood, Better Bones, Menopause Support, and Eating Healthily on a Budget. I am a registered ‘YourGutMap’ practitioner.


Initial consultation £139 (90 mins), follow-up (60 mins or 2 x 30 mins) £79.
Package of 6 consults £485, saving £49 on pay-as-you-go.
