About Studio 180

Studio 180 is a family run Studio based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. Designed exclusively for Personal Trainers, Sports Therapists, Class Instructors and other Health & wellbeing professionals. 

We pride ourselves on providing a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere, where people can come without feeling embarrassed or intimidated by other 'gym' users. We limit the number of clients and trainers in our training areas at anyone time so it's never too busy, allowing trainers and clients to work effectively. 

The 'gym' area

A considerable amount of time and thought went into the planning of our gym area.

We hand picked equipment that we knew would get clients results. You won't find any fixed resistance machines at Studio 180. Instead, we have an array of equipment that is perfect for trainers and clients.
