Statement
I became an advanced Personal Trainer in 2001 after studying with Premier Training International, a leading educational body in the Fitness and Personal Training Industry. I am also a qualified Sports Therapist which enables me to carry out Injury Rehabilitation.
My favourite type of training is based around high intensity training and helping clients achieve maximum fitness levels. However, nothing can be more rewarding than to see a client who has completely transformed their body and life for the better.
