Statement

As a therapist I aim to manage every patient with a tailored treatment plan, designed to suit their individual needs and goals. I truly believe in the relevance of movement integrity and the important role of manual therapy, massage and rehab to support the body on its journey to recovery and optimal health.

Early in my career I worked in Football and Rugby at academy and professional level where I did a combination of pitch side, massage and rehab. Soon after I moved into private practice, where I worked on a one on one basis with patients and athletes and have been practising ever since. I also had the privilege of working as a volunteer at the 2002 London Olympics.
