I've always taken part in some kind of fitness since being in the Army, but after having my two children I struggled to get back and my self esteem suffered. I was too insecure to go for a run or even walk into a gym.
So I started doing home workouts from YouTube instead. My confidence grew, I took control, and with a positive mindset I got back on track. This escalated in transforming, not only my physical appearance, but my entire lifestyle. I became a REPS level 3 Personal Trainer with a level 3 qualification in pre/post natal fitness. I've ran several half marathons, two full marathons and I love obstacle course races.
