I have spent the last decade in professions where I have to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
During this time I have trained myself and others to achieve goals in fitness and specialise in long distance endurance events. I have used goal based fitness programs to help people suffering from anxiety and depression and promote physical activity as a tool to be used to improve overall well being.
I strongly believe that mental well-being can be maintained and improved through physical fitness and targeted fitness goals; wether that be weight loss, strength training or training to complete an event. my style of training is designed to show people they can achieve more then they think is possible of themselves.
