Chris is passionate about helping people with their health and fitness goals. Being both a physiotherapist and personal trainer, he is able to create programs for both body transformations that help people lose weight and get lean, as well as rehabilitating any injuries or niggles that most people pick up.
He is a firm believer in treating the person as a whole and getting to understand his clients so that they can reach their goals.
Everyone has different goals and also very different lifestyles plus commitments, Chris understands that to get the best results with someone their fitness and nutrition plan truly needs to be tailored for their specific circumstances.
He believes that everyone can get fit and lose weight but that the road to get there will differ with each individual person and that coaching someone how to find something that works for them in both the short and long term is key for maximum success.
