I have always had a background in sport; my first real passion in fitness was playing rugby which I played at school and got the chance to play at a high level for an academy. Rugby was my start into fitness; this led to my interest into other forms of exercise like resistance and high intensity training. Since working in a gym I have done a men’s physique bodybuilding show which helped with my knowledge on dieting as well as starting personal training and teaching classes.
