I work with clients from all walks of life and different exercise backgrounds. Together we create unique programmes and routines to suit their needs and goals. These are all designed to match clients exercise history, health status (including any injuries or medical conditions), lifestyle and personal preferences. 

The studio provides a friendly private space where you can explore exercise and enjoy yourself without worrying about other gym users. 

All monthly coaching packages include:
- 1:1 coaching sessions at Studio 180
- personalised exercise programme tailored to your goals, this changes as often as you want it to, this could be every 4, 6 or 8 weeks for example
- additional weekly check-ins for further support, guidance and feedback
- tailored welcome pack with further information about working together 
- private online client portal with your programme, additional notes, goal setting options and further resources
- unlimited support via message, in addition to our scheduled sessions

Coaching packages can be tailored to suit individual requirements.
