At studio 180 we know that everyone has different goals and that’s why we recommend One to One Personal Training as the most effective way of realising your training goals.
It might be about losing weight, recovering from an injury or just toning a few flabby bits to get beach ready – whatever you want, we have the team to make it happen!

The first step towards success is teaming you up with a Personal Trainer. All of our trainers work from Studio 180 as Self Employed Freelancers. You can either pick a trainer yourself (see Trainers) or we can advise you on which trainer might suit you best.
Once you have decided on your trainer, they will carry out a Free Consultation and Taster Session with you. This will give them an idea of your current fitness levels as well as any injuries you may have. From this, they will create a plan tailored to you. If you commit to this plan you are guaranteed to get fitter, leaner, stronger and healthier.
